Sun Protection

Carry and use sunglasses, sunscreen for the lips and skin, and clothing for sun protection.

Use SPF 30 or greater on your skin. Refresh it often, especially if your sweat washes it away.

Wear long sleeve shirts, a brimmed hat and long pants give you extra protection against sunburn and UV rays.

Wear sunglasses to protect your eyes and reduces glare that tire your eyes.

In areas of snow and ice, be wary of snow-blindness and wear dark glacier glasses
